Landing Valves

Landing valves are angle-type globe valves that regulate water flow from a vertical riser pipe to fire hoses. Installed as part of the wet riser system, these valves are connected to the building’s pressurized water supply and serve as vital first-response outlets for firefighting personnel.

Design Type:

  • Right-angle globe valve design
  • 90° outlet for easy hose connection

Valve Body Material:

  • Gunmetal (red brass), bronze, or stainless steel
  • Corrosion-resistant and suitable for indoor/outdoor use

Inlet & Outlet Sizes:

  • Inlet: 2½” (65mm) female BSP/NPT/threaded/flanged
  • Outlet: 2½” male instantaneous coupling (BS336), Storz, or custom

Pressure Rating:

  • Working Pressure: 16 bar
  • Hydrostatic Test Pressure: Up to 22 bar

Operation:

  • Handwheel operated
  • Open/close by rotating the wheel (globe valve mechanism)
